The Big Bang! (4th of July)

Morning y’all!

Back to reality on this Working Woman Wednesday! I had such a wonderful long 4th of July weekend!! Loved waking up when I wanted. Loved staying up as late as I want (even though it was still kinda early, I’ve been feeling real grandma-ish lately??).

Speaking of grandma, it was a REAL BOSS birthday! My family and I spent majority of the time at my aunt’s house grilling out to help celebrate my grandma’s birthday! I love being with my family so those moments are the BESTEST!!❤️ I also hosted two parties, one on Saturday in Columbia #SpotlightSaturdays & a day party on Monday in Charlotte. Fun times!?

I wish I took more pictures from this weekend but I did take good pictures yesterday for the 4th. I actually just threw this on. Previously, I pulled this romper out for the day party I hosted Monday. Kinda low-key felt bare with the white shorts I had on but I’m glad I didn’t wear it to the day party/cookout. It’s very cute but it’s too safe for someone to wear when they are suppose to be “HOSTING”. So no lol I’m glad I saved this for the family cookout. I felt so regular and chill that I didn’t notice I was kinda cute.? My family kept telling me how they loved it, kept asking if I’m going to take pictures in it, how they liked how it looks comfy and fits the body good.

I was like ‘You know what, I will!”. I’m so in love with my heels? that I forget that you all want to see different posts with more casual styles. I sometimes need to get reminded of that so BAM HERE IS ONE!!??

I am so that type of person that wears the colors that is associated with whatever holiday that is coming up. I won ‘Most Festive‘ last year at work, THIS IS IN MY BLOOD PEOPLE!!??
