I don’t know about y’all, but a chick like me most definitely gets excited when it’s time for the Met Gala! For those who have no clue what the Met Gala is, it’s basically where the celebrities walk the red carpet in costume gowns/suits made by designers.
It gets really exciting for me to see what creative, unique (sometimes crazy) outfits these celebrities come out in. Every year there is a theme and the theme this year is: CAMP! Nope it’s not like camping but if unsure, just read below so I don’t have to type it all out! Please & thank you!😄
From Lady Gaga to Cardi B, there was soooo many jaw-dropping looks and there were some that either: A. Simply boringgg or B. Just NO! So below I have 6 of my favorite looks down to 2 of the worst looks (my opinion)!

VERYYY Creative chandelier look. I don’t think I would ever wear it but Katy is made for it!
She always have a unique style about her which is what I love the most about her. What topped it for me is the fact that the eye on the bra blinks!! So GOOD!!👏
This dress is something I would no doubt wear if I was in the Met Gala. The metal & feathers give a hard & soft look which is super fierce!!
She shoowwwed out!! My jaw literally dropped to the floor at how gorgeous she looked! This look almost was my #1 choice!!🔥🔥
These 2 are a perfect combination and they killed it!! I love the details on each dress and the colors are the greatest. They remind me of me & my cousin if we had to attend. Of course I would have the purple hair. 💁
Homegirl Cardi MURDERED IT! No lie, this dress looks so comfy and I want to take a nap on it but I wouldn’t because everything about this look is super DOPE! She WINS for me!!🙌
WORST PLACES (Sorry NOT Sorry)
Now ladies I love both of you dearly but you won Worst Place, everyone may not agree but this is a BIG NO MAM for me! Someone has to take the place for the worst and I can’t hold back from the truth. Tiffany outfit looks like a Halloween pimpin’ custom and I for sure hate the whole look. Yara outfit just looks like Tacky Day in elementary school. I don’t get it and don’t want to either. O well, maybe next year!
