When wearing a statement necklace, it’s all about making sure that piece is basically the center focus of your look. To make sure there isn’t too much going on, I felt the need to either have my hair pulled up (or back) away from my face or in a short style. My hair was in it’s natural state with my 2 little puff balls at the top. (Aww…) Another thing to keep in mind while wearing a statement necklace is to make sure you don’t have a lot going on around the neck or shoulder area. Don’t want to lose focus! Since off-shoulder tops was such a thing this past summer, I decided to put on this long-sleeved black off-shoulder dress I got on sale from Belk! When it comes this time around where the weather is slowly cooling down, these boots and dress go so wonderfully together.
I kinda feel like I was a Spice Girl. Remember them? lol They were a 90s group that dressed 70s-rock-ish…kinda feeling like I could’ve been apart of them.??
