The ‘Hunit-Grand’ Tank Top Transformation

Y’allllll this weekend went by wayyyyyy to fast for me!!? Take me backkkk, let’s start over!! lol It sucks when the weekend flies by so fast, especially when you’re having such a great time. My family came up to Charlotte to see and hang out with their favorite person ever (me, duh!)! Shopping and eating was what our plans consisted of most of Saturday which is my favorite thing to do on weekends.

I made it a priority to wear my ‘Hunit Grand‘ tank top I got from a Pop Up shop at Club Truth in Columbia, SC. The owner of the brand OG Tommy Brown was the first person to show me his work and his different items he had. He had jackets, different types of tops, and hats with his brand placed on them. I loved the concept and look of it all. He was very engaging and cool to talk to so I wanted to wear his brand proudly! I decided to wear it the ‘DOUBLE O STYLES‘ way!!

I was starting to try on different bottoms and shoes, basically pulling out clothes and tossing them everywhere.? I finished with my favorite cream booties from Public Desiree, my cool jean vest and red/black tights both from Papaya Clothing. My family loved how I put it together. It was different in their eyes but very cute!

The next activity later that night was to co-host at club Blue. Blue is a nice, cool and laid-back type of bar/club so I didn’t have to be too dressy there. Either way I still had NO CLUE what I was going to be wearing.? I really didn’t feel up to looking for something to wear. So ‘DOUBLE O STYLES‘ had to come in and take action with the outfit I already had on. lol

All I did with my top was switch the spaghetti straps over my head and kinda made it into a halter-like top. I had doubts when doing this because I didn’t think it was going to look right but IT DID! After that, I instantly grabbed a black skirt and red heels. JOB DONE! ✅

This was a easy way to transform a tank top into two different looks! Ladies you should try it!

Oh! I know this may be a rare look for me since my real hair is out but I am slowly starting to love my hair! I’m still learning how to maintain this natural look but it’s working so far! #Excited?
